Library exhibition

I’ve taken inspiration from an exhibition ‘Scene-Stealers’ in our university library that also focuses on creating original prints from the artist’s favourite film scenes. The scenes aren't copied, but are reinterpreted as printed outcomes. The character illustrations were my favourites. I particularly like how the artists have incorporated composition. Rather than having the whole body of a character in the frame, they focus on specific parts of the body or face, creating an interesting composition as well as making the protagonists characteristics prominent.
